What a Job! We had the pleasure of working on this 3 storey heritage home right on the waters edge in Cremorne Point.

A great deal of these houses have limited access to machinery so thats where we come in. We were given the task of manually excavating the whole back and side areas of this place and taking all the rubble up to the skip via 3 levels of stairs. Luckily we supply experienced guys in demo that are fit enough to get the job done in good time.



Over the past 6 months Labour Revolution have been working alongside one of Sydney’s best High End Residential builders on this north east facing $5m property overlooking the pristine Bronte beach.

We took part in 2 different stages of the project including the demolition of the previous 4 storey house then the rebuild from the ground up of a new 5 storey modern home.

Our labourers are still on this site helping with the finishing stages such as a massive site clean.





Our best demolition team were sent to this Waverley two storey 1890’s Victorian home recently to carry out demotion works. The house itself is located in a prime position overlooking the upper eastern suburbs and pacific ocean.

Least to say they did a fantastic job and within time and budget. The project is on going and we will be back in due course to help with the finishing stages.



Labour Revolution was given the opportunity to help a client with a new build in Sydney’s wealthiest suburb. This 5 storey modern home is just a stones throw away from the waters edge with what we think is the best view in Sydney. Our client was very happy with how our skilled labourers assisted their carpenters with such tasks as cladding, roofing, measure and cutting plus all the general labouring that comes with it. It was a great experience for our team and we are looking forward to working with this client again soon.



30 year old block of double brick flats on Liverpool Rd, Ashfield.

Over the space of two weeks we had 3 of our best labourers strip this entire building of all internal render, grout, tiles, timber flooring, timber skirting, arcs, window frames, doors….everything!

Once complete the builder was extremely happy with what we had achieved in such a short period of time and has since set us up with 3 other strip outs in the inner west. The block will go on to be renovated which we will also play a hand in this coming month.


This property is amazing! it looks across the entire harbour with stunning views of the harbour bridge and the North Sydney skyline.

The original property was a four Bedroom Victorian-era sandstone mansion with added outhouse, pool and 6 car stacker which was purchased for $12m, setting a new record for the inner west. Well that didn’t last long as our 8 man team was assigned to take on all the hands on demolition of this mansion whilst keeping in tact the heritage sandstone internal walls. This task was not easy for our guys but we think the location and view from this site helped as our guys came out on top and with ecstatic results. This property is currently in the re-build stages which will have a upwards total cost of $10m once complete.

Thats one expensive property now and we were very grateful to have such a big part in its development.



40 year old, $1.8m, single storey brick and sandstone home right in the heart of Lilyfield in Sydney’s inner west.
This house had only recently undergone a renovation with an added extension at the rear of the property.

The new owners felt it was a miss use of space so our team from Labour Revolution got given the task of removing
the extension without damaging the main back wall and doorway of the house.

Our guys stripped it right back from the roof to the slab and left a perfectly neat area for the client to do whatever they wished.

The job was done in great time with no damage to the house and we at the office were given great feedback from the client stating that our guys were very respectful and executed the job without any hassles at all.
